Site Help

One this page you will find advice to help you deal with the most common problems encountered when viewing this site. If you have a problem that is not listed here, please contact us with details of your problem and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Screen Resolution
This site is designed to be viewed using internet explorer in a high resolution (1280 x 960 pixels or higher). Resolution settings can be changed by accessing the display settings on your computer:

PC users: access your control panel and open the 'Display' option. Click on the 'Settings' tab and use the sliding bar to change the screen resolution. Click yes to accept these changes.

Mac users: access the system preferences and open the Displays Panel. Click the 'Display' tab and select the required resolution from the available list.

Text size
If the site text is too small for you to read easily, this can be changed using your browser. In internet explorer, click View > Text Size and choose the size text you require. Similarly, this option can be used to reduce text size. In firefox, rather than setting an absolute text size, clicking View > Text size gives the options to increase or decrease the text size in steps.

Reports
Summaries of our reports are available to view on this site. To view the full text of a report, follow the links to the journal sites. Sometimes subscription to the journal will be required, and a fee may be charged.
